A Carbon Neutral Future: Our Climate Active Certification
A Carbon Neutral Future: Our Climate Active Certification
At Enterprise Architectural, sustainable products and practices are our goal and responsibility. That’s why we’re proud to announce our metal panel ceiling and wall systems are now Climate Active-certified carbon neutral, Australia’s leading government-backed certification for voluntary climate action.
Choosing these products with carbon neutral opt-in actively reduces environmental impact. We’ve taken measurable steps to lower our carbon footprint and invested in certified projects to offset any remaining emissions, ensuring our products contribute to a more sustainable built environment.
Carbon Neutral Opt-In
By offering carbon neutral opt-in, we’re giving clients, architects, designers, and builders the power to create with confidence—without compromising on sustainability.
All Enterprise Architectural metal panel systems (ceilings and wall) include a carbon neutral opt-in.

emission reductions
Sustainability is increasingly relevant to our clients and strategic partners. As such, reducing our emissions is a goal of the our leadership team and a necessity to remain relevant in our market.
We have reduced carbon emissions by sourcing materials with higher recycled content, minimising transport requirements, and reviewing manufacturing methods to ensure sustainable practices.
We commit to reducing emissions intensity from our raw material supply by 20% per functional unit by 2028, using 2023 as the base year.
Our Achievements to Date
We will collaborate with our supply chain to:
- Increase the percentage of recycled aluminium and steel in our materials by 10% by 2025.
- Introduce alternative, low-impact packaging materials such as recycled wood by 2026.
Our Future Goals
Beyond our 2028 target, we aim to:
- Achieve carbon-neutral certification for all products and services, moving beyond the current opt-in approach.
- Attain carbon-neutral organisation certification by 2030, demonstrating leadership in sustainability and meeting the expectations of our stakeholders.
OFFSET PROJECTS
The offset project we invest in not only offsets our carbon emissions, they have additional benefits such as:
- Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and local air pollution, such as SO2 and dust, as well as helping reduce fossil fuel consumption.
- Providing local people employment opportunities, helping improve their living conditions.
- Assisted in improving the local power system’s infrastructure and promoting increased utilisation of renewable energy.
- The project construction had little impact on the diversity of local fauna and flora, as the vegetation in the area is very sparse and there are no rare endangered species. Based on the geomorphology, natural environment and construction method, and with the aim of minimising any negative impacts, the project owner framed a series of measures to optimise the construction and to take measures to recover the vegetation.
- Stakeholders were consulted and the local community provided positive comments on the proposed project. They believed that it would contribute greatly to local economic and sustainable development.
